Thank you Claudia & Pier

Claudia & Pier, What can I say, but thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for sharing your lives with me for a whole month. Claudia, I love you very much and you can live with me anytime... (December, summer... whenever you want). I believe I have seen the most beautiful part of Italy, thank you for showing it to me..... Also many thanks to "La Mamma", Carlo, Claudia's dad, Luca, Monica, Steffano, Bea, Orenzio... and parent's friends, that made this trip so special for me.... I pray the Lord blesses you and that His will be done in your lives..... I love you guys and hope to see you again very soon. Ciao! Ci vediamo presto! Dionne

Portofino

Portofino is another Ligurian beauty that is famous for gorgeous, elegant and small. It is tiny but it has beautiful views and some of the most expensive shops - great pictures here.

Florence

Finally... internet access again... yay!... This past weekend Claudia took me to Florence along with her friend Luca. Luca took us to Firenze's downtown & then to the thermal baths of San Giovanni Rapolano.. it was amazing.... Florence was of course beautiful... the cathedrals... the David.. the markets.. I even got to photograph newlyweds that were being photographed on Ponte Vecchio.... =).....and of course ate delicious pizza..again..... And then to the thermal baths, where there were several pools but all had calcium carbonate and we had views of mountains and olive trees, a little hard to describe. It did have a funky smell but it was still awesome, and best of all my skin was amazingly smooth after. =)

Pisa

Well, I wasn't expecting much out of Pisa, the city where the leaning tower of Pisa is.... I thought, well, it will be a small city & the tower will be there. But the tower and the other 2 or 3 building that are there are SO big and SO white... and are there on a perfect green lawn.. it is surreal, it's like you walked into a postcard. We lied down on the lawn and looked up at the gorgeous buildings. Beautiful... Also there is a river running through the city with beautiful bridges... I really liked it. (The one by the bridge is my friend Claudia.)

Torino (Turin)

Beautiful metropolitan city, was here for a day. Visited the Museum 'Galleria Sabauda', dedicated completely to Egyptian artifacts - impressive... I got to see & feel a cross that was carved into stone more than 1000 years ago... Also went to Piazza del Carlo. Notice I started taking pictures while chatting with Luis... so we could take a picture together =) Cheesy, I know.... Hey babe, did you notice the Alpha Romeo?

Tellaro

Tellaro in Liguria.. another amazingly beautiful village... ok, at this point I would live in any Ligurian village, I'm in love. =)
